Senior SEO Specialist (IC3)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $106,250–$143,750 per year, plus 0.016%–0.022% equity.

What you will do

• Own SEO as a strategic service line across hundreds of independent med spa practices.
• Audit practices, deliver early improvements, and create standardized SEO playbooks with SLAs, QA checkpoints, and reporting cadence.
• Manage recurring GBP optimization, citation management, on-page SEO, technical audits, and performance reporting.
• Define the local SEO tool stack and build dashboards, automated alerts, and self-serve optimization systems.
• Develop hirify.global's approach and roadmap for GEO/AEO across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Lead and mentor two SEO specialists while partnering with Provider Success, Product, Data, RevOps, and Sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably across multiple local or small businesses.
• Expertise in technical SEO, on-page and content SEO, local SEO, and emerging GEO/AEO.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and a local SEO or citation platform.
• Ability to standardize and scale execution, reporting, and communication across hundreds of practices.
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Experience owning a service line, defining SLAs and QA processes, and reporting business impact through leads and revenue.
