Senior Inbound Strategist (SEO/GEO)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work there.

Base salary: $73,000–$93,000 per year; additional bonus opportunities of $9,380–$10,580 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies using the Strategic Playbook.
• Manage content strategy, technical SEO, CRO recommendations, HubSpot workflows, and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Collaborate on SEO, GEO, content, and HubSpot campaigns, including execution and performance analysis.
• Monitor account results, report progress, recommend adjustments, and test new strategies.
• Contribute to quarterly projects using automation and AI to improve efficiency and client value.
• Participate in client calls and share industry learnings and best practices with colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience creating and implementing SEO, GEO, and content or email marketing strategies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other web analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, Moz, or Searchmetrics.
• Strong writing, editing, data analysis, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting audits of workflows, lead scoring, content, or automation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• HubSpot workflow and automation experience.
• Schema implementation, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript fluency.
• Review acquisition, link-building, Local SEO, or Google Business Profile experience.
• Agency experience or experience with B2B, financial services, banking, or industrial clients.
• Email campaign and contact-list management experience.
