Location: Onsite at 2120 N Stemmons St, Sanger, Texas, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 per year, plus potential performance bonuses and other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead transportation operations and implement area business plans.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, work assignments, and workloads to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Analyze business reports and productivity measures to improve operational performance.
• Train, supervise, coach, and evaluate associates and leaders.
• Coordinate equipment availability and scheduled maintenance with service shops and local offices.
• Resolve concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business, logistics, or a related field, or one year of Walmart logistics or transportation experience.
• Background in transportation and logistics, including driver management and fleet coordination.
• Knowledge of transportation scheduling and driver management.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, quality, and safety skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience supervising associates.
• Bachelor's degree in business or logistics.
• Previous Walmart experience.
