Operational Excellence Program Manager (Travel Tech)

Location: Remote - US

Base pay range: $83,500–$115,500 USD, with equity for all employees and potential annual bonus eligibility depending on the role.

What you will do

• Lead Client Operations operational-excellence projects to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve business processes.
• Build cross-functional relationships and align stakeholders around process-improvement initiatives.
• Use operational data, stakeholder input, and business strategy to guide decisions and measurable performance improvements.
• Standardize processes and apply structured problem-solving and continuous-improvement practices.
• Mentor colleagues on continuous-improvement tools and principles.
• Incorporate customer and frontline-agent feedback into problem framing and solution design, and deliver training and presentations to management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Strong data-management skills with proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end projects and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, influence, and team-motivation skills.
• Regular use of three to five continuous-improvement practices or tools, with the ability to adapt priorities to business strategy.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
