AI & Business Intelligence Program Manager (AI/BI): Leading cross-functional AI and business intelligence programs across travel experiences with an accent on data strategy, predictive traveler trends, and executive reporting. Focus on coordinating data engineering, AI/ML, product, and traveler CX teams, unblocking technical dependencies, and translating operational data into improvements across the booking and trip lifecycle.
Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom, requiring 2–3 days per week in the London office

What you will do
- Establish executive reporting cadences covering AI model performance, traveler engagement trends, and BI dashboard metrics.
- Lead cross-functional AI and BI programs involving Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Traveler CX teams.
- Track milestones and dependencies across data pipelines, predictive search, dynamic pricing, and AI support systems.
- Translate traveler behavior data and BI reporting into operational improvements across the booking and trip lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks involving data availability, BI integrations, and cross-team alignment.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of program management experience leading technical AI, business intelligence, or data strategy initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence frameworks, visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau, and SQL.
- Practical understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, including generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Experience managing technical roadmaps involving data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong ability to communicate data-heavy technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Deep interest in online travel, marketplace dynamics, and traveler journey optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel tech, e-commerce marketplaces, or consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Program management certifications such as PMP or CSM, or advanced credentials in Business Intelligence or Data Strategy.
