Head of Product, AI Business Intelligence

Location: Remote from most of the U.S.; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

What you will do

• Own the AI Business Intelligence product line from discovery and positioning through launch and adoption.
• Decide how AI models should be integrated into the product experience beyond traditional dashboards.
• Write specifications, design workflows, build prototypes, and collaborate closely with design and engineering to ship features.
• Build evaluation frameworks, test suites, and feedback loops to measure and improve AI output quality.
• Define guardrails that make product outputs safe, explainable, and trustworthy for business-critical decisions.
• Shape the data foundation and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and product teams to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience at a high-growth startup or technology company.
• Experience owning and shipping at least one 0-to-1 product end to end.
• Strong product judgment, design sensibility, and customer discovery skills.
• Experience defining quality metrics, building evaluation loops, and using feedback to improve products.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• U.S. work authorization required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Background in BI, analytics, or data platforms.
• PropTech, multifamily, or real estate experience.
• Founder or co-founder experience.
