Senior Paid Media Buyer Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

What you will do

• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Own campaign execution for 15+ service-based business accounts and improve lead generation and return on ad spend.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, conduct A/B tests, and identify scaling opportunities.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, attribution, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs.
• Configure Zapier automations and GoHighLevel connections.
• Prepare performance reports, present recommendations to clients, and collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist in a digital marketing agency.
• Independent experience managing the full lifecycle of Meta and Google Ads campaigns for service-based businesses.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and measurable ROI across multiple client accounts.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
• Experience with Zapier and GoHighLevel integrations, plus strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations to clients.
