Branch Manager

Location: Everett, Washington, United States

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually, including quarterly bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, motivate, train, and develop the branch team.
• Direct branch sales efforts and support customer account development.
• Assist with annual business planning and implement standard business processes.
• Oversee branch operations, inventory, purchasing, pricing, quotations, contract review, and warehouse activities.
• Manage sales, net income, pricing margins, and overall branch growth.
• Travel through the assigned territory, visit customer sites, and attend company and vendor events, including occasional overnight travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience implementing sales strategies and managing income statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss is required.
• Comprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Eclipse, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the visual requirements for driving.
• Ability to frequently walk, sit, use hands, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
