Talent Acquisition Advisor (Semiconductor)

Location: USA, West Coast, California; remote or hybrid

Salary: $82,000–$120,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition creation through offer acceptance.
• Partner with business, staffing, hiring, and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs and recruitment solutions across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for hardware, software, analog and digital design, high-speed test, and other specialized technical roles.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, social media, recruitment events, universities, colleges, and industry associations.
• Develop compensation proposals, lead negotiations, and coordinate the offer process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, report recruitment metrics, and provide strategic insights on semiconductor talent trends and market movements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience recruiting for niche technical roles, including hardware and software engineering, analog and digital design, and high-speed testing.
• Understanding of semiconductor technologies, microelectronics, IC design, chip development, and related technical roles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, specialized job boards, ATS platforms, resume databases, and recruitment software.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
