Location: United States — New York — Remote. Field-based role with travel of up to 40–50%; weekend and evening event work may be required. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
Annual base salary: $139,100–$231,900, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Lead regional activation of national oncology patient advocacy and professional organization partnerships.
- Coordinate and deliver above-brand, disease-state education for patients and caregivers at community and advocacy events.
- Connect patients and caregivers with appropriate advocacy resources and local support.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables, sponsorships, exhibits, and budgets across Business Unit, OPSA, and A&PR stakeholders.
- Gather post-event insights, report program impact and metrics, and communicate unmet patient needs to teams.
- Support complex initiatives, innovation, compliance, and knowledge sharing across the oncology organization.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree.
- At least 6 years of U.S. pharmaceutical industry and/or advocacy experience; oncology advocacy experience is preferred.
- Strong project management, relationship management, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize resources and partnerships, influence without authority, and work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, operate a company car, and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and compliant driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Clinical background such as RN, APRN, NP, ARNP, ACSW, LCSW, or MPH.
- Familiarity with above-brand initiatives, Oncology PatientAdvocacy360, and the oncology advocacy ecosystem.
- Business acumen, analytical skills, and headquarters exposure.
