Field Operations Agent, Oregon Coast

Location: Manzanita, Oregon, United States; on-site with frequent travel to properties in the designated area

Salary: USD 24–25 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect properties to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment across the office and rental properties.
• Respond to guest and homeowner requests through email, calls, texts, Slack, and tickets.
• Perform minor housekeeping and routine maintenance, including changing linens, moving furniture, replacing light bulbs, and troubleshooting locks, cameras, cable, and Wi-Fi.
• Travel frequently between properties and support the onboarding of new homes.
• Oversee housekeeping dispatching when the local market leader is unavailable.

Requirements

• Must reside in the designated area and be able to work on-site with frequent travel.
• At least one year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, drive, bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, stoop, and occasionally lift more than 25 pounds.
