What you will do

• Manage customer relationships and catering requests from intake through delivery and post-order follow-up.
• Recommend restaurants and create menus based on headcount, budget, dietary needs, and occasion.
• Coordinate complex orders with restaurants, Dashers, customers, and internal support teams.
• Resolve delivery and order issues by phone, email, or chat, including onsite support when necessary.
• Record customer and order information in Salesforce and maintain accurate account context.
• Document standard operating procedures and support operational pilots and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, hospitality, account management, program management, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and manage dietary, menu, and timing details.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple customers and orders, and respond within required timelines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and comfort adapting to changing restaurant or delivery situations.
• Ability to work in or around Chicago, IL and visit restaurants or customer locations when needed.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, drafting, and repetitive workflows.
