Property Manager - The Province

What you will do

• Direct leasing, marketing, facilities, and resident experience operations for the student housing community.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, train, coach, and develop property staff.
• Oversee maintenance standards, work orders, preventative maintenance, curb appeal, key control, and capital improvement needs.
• Manage property performance against budget, maximizing revenue and controlling expenses and vendor costs.
• Resolve escalated resident concerns and coordinate resident events and communications.
• Serve as the primary liaison for university partners and collaborate with HR, Facilities, Retail, and regional support teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in student housing, multifamily housing, or a similar industry.
• Experience or capability across leasing, marketing, customer service, facilities management, budgeting, supervision, and business administration.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Onsite work at The Province in Tampa, Florida is required.
