Field Sales Representative (Pest Control)

Location: Olympia, Washington or Portland, Oregon; travel across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana is required.

Salary: $39,100–$71,300 per year, plus potential overtime, incentives, commissions, and performance-based earnings.

What you will do

• Inspect commercial and industrial properties for bird, bat, termite, and other pest infestation risks.
• Prepare measurements, property descriptions, specifications, treatment instructions, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Generate leads, sell pest control and deterrent services, execute contracts, and calculate treatment costs.
• Work with Account Executives to follow up on new-service opportunities and contact customers after service to confirm satisfaction.
• Complete company training, ride-alongs, call sessions, and required state licensing or company qualification processes.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and personal safety equipment, while following safety procedures at customer sites.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Six to twelve months of sales or public-facing experience and/or related training preferred.
• Valid driver's license from the current state of residence required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to travel across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana and safely operate a motor vehicle.
