Senior Analyst, Business Unit Sales & Strategy (Multiple Positions)

Location: Chicago/Aon Center, United States

Salary: $89,800–$112,200 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze sales, distribution, merchandising, innovation speed-to-shelf, velocity, and broker performance for weekly and monthly Business Unit Sales routines.
• Support annual operating plans and develop category and brand strategies for pricing, distribution, shelving, and merchandising.
• Support new product launches through sell-in, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Use retail analytics and multiple data sources to develop insights-based category selling stories and recommendations.
• Maintain periodic reports and presentations, forecast seasonal products and in-store displays, and track results.
• Communicate brand initiatives, supply challenges, and waste risks to field sales teams and coordinate execution across internal and customer teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in business, sales, data analytics, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines, balance competing priorities, and improve reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
