Senior Business Analyst

Salary: $95,700–$140,239 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex requirements discovery and solution analysis with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Own the backlog and requirements quality for major initiatives, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, automation, and business performance.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and solution designs.
• Coordinate testing and requirement validation to confirm business value and solution outcomes.
• Mentor Business Analysts and Associate Business Analysts on requirements management and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong experience with requirements discovery, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of business process analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience or certification in Product, Project, or Agile methodologies, plus Jira or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex business and technical concepts.
