Global ERP Operations Lead, SAP Platform

What you will do

• Lead global run operations for SAP S/4HANA and integrated ERP platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage monitoring, incident, problem, and change management to improve operational excellence.
• Establish AI-enabled ERP operations and AIOps capabilities using telemetry and operational data.
• Define and manage operational KPIs and SLAs for reliable service delivery.
• Ensure ERP platforms meet cybersecurity, GxP, SOX, and GDPR requirements, including access management and security patching.
• Lead and develop global internal and partner resources while coordinating with solution, delivery, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 2 years of relevant experience, master’s degree with 4 years, bachelor’s degree with 6 years, associate’s degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in enterprise organizations or consultancy firms.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, and non-SAP environments.
• Experience with complex integrations, enterprise-scale SAP landscapes, service delivery, vendor management, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of AWS, ServiceNow, ITIL, and ERP security and compliance frameworks in regulated environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
