Associate Director, SAP Internal Warehouse and Serialization (SAP EWM)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid 70/30 work model with a significant in-office presence. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export-control requirements; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $142,500–$256,500 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multiyear strategy and roadmap for internal warehousing and pharmaceutical serialization.
• Own SAP EWM, SAP ATTP, and SAP ICH as Digital product capabilities.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, upgrades, support, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate SAP with S/4HANA, manufacturing systems, packaging lines, logistics providers, and external partners.
• Lead internal employees, contractors, and service providers while managing vendors, budgets, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Improve warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, material flow, traceability, serialization compliance, system reliability, and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in supply chain, logistics, information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of experience delivering enterprise technology or SAP solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP EWM implementations, enhancements, or application management.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and traceability, preferably with SAP ATTP and SAP ICH.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, EWM or WM/HUM integration, warehouse processes, and integrations with manufacturing and logistics systems.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, cross-functional programs, and GxP-regulated systems, with knowledge of validation, data integrity, cybersecurity, and change control.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse automation, barcode technologies, mobile devices, printing, robotics, or material-handling systems.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and familiarity with SAP Joule or other AI-enabled SAP capabilities.
• Experience leading global SAP deployments or building high-performing teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or another regulated industry.
