IT Solution Lead (SAP Asset Management)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; preferred commute to the downtown Minneapolis office three days per week. Domestic US travel of up to 25% or more may be required during projects.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead work across the end-to-end solution lifecycle for Operations solutions.
• Partner with business areas, customers, and stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize investments.
• Lead solution analysis, design, delivery activities, meetings, demonstrations, documentation, and delivery ceremonies.
• Ensure solutions provide strong user experience, operational performance, and stable operation.
• Monitor solution and process health, coordinate maintenance schedules, and prevent service disruption.
• Provide SAP Plant Maintenance subject-matter expertise, coaching, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of related functional experience.
• Experience with project or product delivery practices, including SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical concepts and build functional, technical, and operational expertise.
• Ability to travel domestically within the US for projects as required.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP functional, configuration, and design experience in Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance.
• SAP S/4HANA and Fiori experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, equipment master data, functional locations, work centers, task lists, notifications, maintenance orders, service contracts, WBS, and work-order cost analysis.
• Utility industry experience.
• SAP certification.
