Production Supervisor (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite swing-shift role

Salary: $73,000–$110,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate product processing to ensure timely and accurate production of finished goods.
• Monitor backorders, production schedules, and resource allocation to maintain service levels and product quality.
• Create inventory transfers, production orders, required paperwork, and electronic receipts for finished goods.
• Maintain inventory integrity for components and finished products while ensuring applicable regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with product divisions on backordered and substitute items and provide backup support for production equipment, material handling, and warehouse operations.
• Hire, onboard, train, mentor, and manage staff while maintaining team competency, morale, and motivation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of production experience.
• At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing employees.
• Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst.
• Previous department lead or supervisor experience is preferred.
• Must work onsite in Redmond, Oregon, on the swing shift.
