Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; on-site 5 days per week

Salary: $92,000–$148,350 per year

What you will do

  • Lead SPRINT Center shop operations across multiple shifts.
  • Coordinate workload and resources to improve operational efficiency and capacity.
  • Ensure shop activities comply with the Quality Management System, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support direct reports while fostering collaboration and inclusion.
  • Resolve complex manufacturing and engineering challenges using sound judgment.
  • Implement and monitor business process improvements and deliver key performance results.

Requirements

  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6–8 years of direct manufacturing experience.
  • Experience upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards in a team environment.
  • Ability to influence manufacturing associates, establish consistent operating practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work on-site in Raynham 5 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of capacity planning, financial principles, and lean manufacturing.
  • Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Experience programming or operating CNC mills, lathes, wire EDMs, or equivalent equipment.
