IT TMS Business Applications Analyst (Oracle)

Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania, United States, or Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States. Onsite role; remote work is not available. Travel may be required for projects, with participation in an on-call rotation supporting 24/7/365 operations.

What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and software testing needs.
• Configure and support warehouse management systems such as Manhattan, JDA, and Red Prairie.
• Participate in application implementation, production support, and project transition activities.
• Design solutions, reengineer failed processes, and collaborate with development teams to reduce rework and operational risk.
• Develop and execute test scripts, maintain business process models, and document solutions under the SDLC and change-control processes.
• Create presentations, scorecards, and reports using advanced Excel; support scoping, impact analysis, vendors, consultants, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant business applications analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL for application development.
• Ability to solve problems logically, maintain service-level agreements, and communicate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including sitting, walking, and standing throughout the shift and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management.
• Experience configuring WMS platforms such as Manhattan, JDA, or Red Prairie.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux servers and Oracle relational databases.
