Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst (ERP)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; hybrid work with in-office weeks

Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Build the Enterprise Systems function within Business Technology as an internal strategic consultant.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Administer and configure ERP, procurement, and expense management systems, including end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Design and build API-based, middleware, and scripted automations and integrations across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
• Own testing, validation, QA, and documentation so stakeholders can focus on validating business outcomes.
• Architect scalable solutions for order management, inventory visibility, and multi-channel fulfillment across warehouses, 3PLs, and sales channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience bridging Finance, Accounting, or Operations with technology in a systems analyst, ERP administrator, or business systems role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering ERP or adjacent business systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, or similar platforms.
• Experience building or managing API-based, middleware, or custom-scripted system integrations.
• Experience owning QA, validation, and documentation for technical projects.
• Ability to work across business and technical domains and solve complex, ambiguous problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce or a related industry with multi-channel sales and distributed fulfillment.
• NetSuite, Coupa, or Concur administration experience.
• SQL or database querying experience for reporting and troubleshooting.
• Java or similar scripting and programming experience.
• Experience with Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or custom REST/SOAP integrations.
