Senior Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite ERP)

Location: Rigby, Idaho, USA; local candidates or candidates willing to relocate. Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday and work from home Monday and Friday. Visa sponsorship is not available.

A global powersports apparel and accessories business with brands including KLIM and 509, operating across multiple geographies, product categories, and distribution locations.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day administration, support, prioritization, and enhancement of NetSuite ERP, warehouse management, and supply chain platforms.
• Gather business requirements, evaluate process flows, and translate operational needs into system solutions.
• Coordinate projects, releases, system changes, and enhancement initiatives across their full lifecycle.
• Manage external vendors and coordinate issue resolution, support delivery, roadmap alignment, and project work.
• Support Tier 2 application escalations and facilitate functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Optimize end-to-end processes across order management, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain operations while preparing for future ERP transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role, including at least 1 year supporting or administering NetSuite ERP.
• Experience gathering requirements, translating business needs into system solutions, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating projects, managing priorities, and working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of business processes across order management, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, or financial operations.
• Must be local to the Rigby, Idaho area or willing to relocate; the role follows a hybrid office schedule and does not offer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP and warehouse management systems.
• NetSuite certifications such as NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant.
