Parks & Resorts Lead

Location: Orlando, FL or Los Angeles, CA; hybrid workplace with regular travel to Orlando, FL

What you will do

• Advise senior Parks & Resorts stakeholders and manage long-term client relationships.
• Oversee complex SDLC and implementation engagements, including timelines, budgets, quality, risks, issues, and resolution processes.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable delivery plans.
• Develop strategic growth plans, identify new business opportunities, and expand client relationships.
• Recruit, coach, and lead consulting teams through client-facing projects.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience with SDLC and implementation-based projects in the Parks & Resorts industry.
• 10+ years of Parks & Resorts industry experience, including digital transformation and technology ecosystem optimization.
• Knowledge of guest lifecycle and monetization, guest lifetime value and spend, personalized and immersive experiences, and park content and licensing.
• Experience driving business growth and revenue, preferably in management consulting.
• Experience implementing Machine Learning or applied AI-driven systems.
• Experience with Agile delivery, project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, executive presentations, and team coaching. A relevant bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, or PwC.
