Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant (Real-World Evidence)

Location: Hybrid in New York, New York; Princeton, New Jersey; or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The role combines work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

What you will do

• Partner with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to generate and translate Real-World Evidence into clinical, business, and strategic insights.
• Support evidence generation across the product lifecycle using Real-World Data.
• Collaborate with project leaders, HEOR scientists, analytics experts, and cross-functional teams on research and analytical approaches.
• Analyze patient journeys, treatment patterns, outcomes, retrospective studies, and HEOR-related findings.
• Synthesize data and research into clear recommendations and communicate findings to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to RWE capability building while coaching junior team members and supporting firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or PhD in business, economics, life sciences, public health, epidemiology, health economics, statistics, or a related field.
• For candidates without a PhD, 3–6+ years of relevant experience in RWE, HEOR, life sciences consulting, healthcare strategy, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with pharmaceutical or biotech clients and familiarity with the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with RWD, RWE, HEOR, patient journey analytics, retrospective studies, or related evidence generation.
• Strong data fluency, analytical problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
