Consultant, Evidence & Strategy (HEOR/RWE)

What you will do

• Manage and conduct health economics and outcomes research and real-world evidence studies.
• Apply statistical, epidemiological, and econometric expertise to research and client deliverables.
• Analyze large US healthcare datasets, including claims and EHR data, with programmers, statisticians, and researchers.
• Develop study protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, and conference materials.
• Manage multiple project workstreams, including budgets, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and client meetings.
• Support proposals, account growth, subject matter expertise, and mentorship of junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in epidemiology, health economics, public health, statistics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of consulting, healthcare, or pharmaceutical/device industry experience.
• Experience with HEOR and/or RWE, especially observational studies and secondary data sources.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or strategy consulting.
• Experience presenting research at scientific conferences or publishing peer-reviewed work.
