Salary: $163,100–$453,700 annual base pay, with potential incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead strategy, sales, and delivery oversight for complex, multi-offering Real World Evidence engagements.
• Drive revenue and margin growth while identifying and advancing cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
• Build senior-level client relationships across Medical Affairs, RWE, HEOR, Epidemiology, Safety, Market Access, and Commercial functions.
• Design integrated, client-specific solutions using the hirify.global Real World Evidence portfolio and expert network.
• Ensure high-quality, profitable delivery of paid projects and use delivery ownership to build long-term client trust.
• Lead customized proposal development aligned with client evidence needs and decision-making priorities.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in life sciences, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or a related scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Real World Evidence.
• Experience with External Comparator Studies, Evidence Platforms, Integrated Evidence Strategy, and Multi-Country Real World Database studies.
• Experience with pragmatic studies and real-world extension studies.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong strategic, consultative, collaborative, and people-leadership capabilities.
