What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at times and locations convenient for them and support their individual needs.
• Collaborate with Banking Centre teams on mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop local sales plans, convert leads, and generate new hirify.global client opportunities.
• Build referral relationships with internal businesses, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Experience with mortgage lending, mortgage documentation, and mortgage processes.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, business development, and client service skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Ability to complete attribute-based assessments and other skills tests if requested.
