What you will do

• Manage the project management and software development life cycles for complex, large-scale strategic IT and enterprise initiatives.
• Plan, analyze, execute, and deliver technical programs supporting key business initiatives.
• Design and implement policies, monitoring systems, controls, standards, and processes for enterprise program management and reporting.
• Track delivery performance, SLAs, team financials, program metrics, resource constraints, and intersections between programs.
• Collect, analyze, and govern technology process documentation and metrics for internal and external audits and regulatory purposes.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, strategy sessions, training, stakeholder communication, and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• At least 7 years of experience leading professionals and professional teams across multiple large projects.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, financial analysis, communication, presentation, persuasion, influence, budgeting, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application to business objectives.
• Minimal travel required; no unusual physical exertion involved.
