Investment Banking Senior Associate/ Junior VP - Defense & Government Services (McLean, VA)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; resident workstyle. Travel is less than 25%.

Salary: $130,000–$225,000 annually, plus potential additional compensation, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop new business proposals, company forecasts, valuations, and merger and acquisition analyses.
• Prepare materials related to public stock issuance and other highly visible business communications.
• Build business cases, financial models, and accounting and valuation analyses for strategic and investment decisions.
• Analyze probability, timing, costs, budgets, and returns to support NPV analysis and product pipeline prioritization.
• Support the prioritization and closing of strategically or financially significant deals.
• Provide authoritative recommendations and financial analysis to support short- and long-term business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 3–6 years of general work experience.
• Experience with financial and economic modeling, forecasting, valuation, and accounting analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and trends, prepare decision-support reports, and perform quantitative analysis.
• Ability to work in a resident role in McLean, Virginia, United States.
