Technical Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery for fraud projects and initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate delivery with internal technology teams, service providers, vendors, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts.
• Define system scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for complex application enhancements.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks, vulnerabilities, security issues, and control concerns.
• Analyze existing system logic and business processes, define required enhancements, and recommend practical solutions.
• Guide stakeholders and engineering teams through technical trade-offs, integration decisions, and delivery priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in an application support environment.
• Experience managing large-scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Strong technical understanding of microservices, APIs, REST/SOAP, and on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering for multiple large development projects and create detailed project plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or ACP certification.
• Master’s degree.
