Salary: USD 200,000–USD 215,000 yearly.

What you will do
- Lead Field Access Managers responsible for field reimbursement and patient access activities across the assigned region.
- Provide direction, coaching, performance feedback, and individualized development plans for field-based team members.
- Conduct field visits and ride-alongs to reinforce compliant behaviors, account planning, and execution quality.
- Analyze market dynamics, access barriers, competitor activity, and patient claims data to develop regional action plans.
- Partner with training, analytics, compliance, HUB operations, clients, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure field activities align with company values, client expectations, compliance requirements, and patient access objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced healthcare or scientific degree such as MS, RN, PA, or PharmD is advantageous.
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including payer policy and product access.
- 7+ years of experience with benefit verification, prior authorization, or equivalent patient access work.
- 3+ years leading field access or reimbursement teams, including coaching, development, and performance management.
- Detailed knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit models, CMS policies, and Medicare Parts B and D coverage.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and videoconferencing platforms.
Nice to have
- Pediatric endocrinology or endocrinology experience.
- Previous launch experience in an access or reimbursement leadership role.
- Experience in product marketing, managed care, field sales, case management, or large healthcare practices.
