What you will do
- Set pricing, contracting, gross-to-net, and reimbursement direction for the US rare disease portfolio.
- Develop evidence-based market access strategies and value propositions for payers, providers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee pricing, rebates, discounts, formulary pull-through, and gross-to-net performance across channels.
- Partner with Finance, Forecasting, Trade, Legal, Patient Support Services, and Business Insights & Solutions.
- Lead payer research, advisory boards, KPI tracking, regulatory readiness, and reimbursement strategy.
- Drive payer, access, and reimbursement launch readiness for the landmark AATD therapy planned for the first half of 2027.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, PharmD, MPH, MS, or PhD is strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of market access and payer experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, payer, managed care, consulting, or health economics environments.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Expertise in payer access strategy, pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and formulary management.
- Proven gross-to-net management, financial modeling, pricing strategy, value proposition, and payer evidence generation experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, executive influence, and regulated-environment management skills.

- Experience in rare disease or specialty therapeutics.
- Advanced degree in business, pharmacy, public health, science, or a related field.
