Clean Energy Senior Project Manager (Electric Vehicles)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Pomona, California facility; employees are generally required to work and reside in California. Up to 30% travel and field work throughout the service territory.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600 annually

What you will do

• Lead strategic and high-impact projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, safety, and project documentation.
• Direct complex electric transmission and distribution projects, including infrastructure replacement, load growth, line upgrades, maintenance, and installations.
• Coordinate designs, applications, compliance and safety documentation, regulatory filings, and local and state agency activities.
• Influence stakeholders across departments and provide recommendations on decisions affecting multiple organizations.
• Oversee technology integration involving SCADA, digital substations, automation, and advanced grid analytics platforms.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering scope, schedule, and budget commitments across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple high-impact projects, tight timelines, resources, risks, and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong business analytics, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and providing team leadership or training.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills; proficiency with Design Manager, Click, and SAP.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project construction management, or a related field.
• PMP credential.
