SCADA Project Manager II (SCADA)

Location: Remote or hybrid, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $120,978–$130,959 per year

What you will do

• Manage SCADA scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks across moderate-complexity EPC projects.
• Interpret SCADA contract requirements and maintain alignment with contractual terms and company standards.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and third-party SCADA providers.
• Lead procurement, contract execution, system design reviews, commissioning, and Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts, manage RFIs and change requests, and track project actions.
• Lead project closeout, lessons learned, process improvements, and support the onboarding of new project managers.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
• 2–4 years of project management experience, including utility-scale PV solar projects.
• General knowledge of SCADA design, setup, commissioning, support, architecture, and networking concepts.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, issues, conflicts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Oracle P6 or Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and task-management tools such as Teams, Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems for project cost management, forecasting, and reporting, such as CMiC.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• PMP or another project management certification.
• Experience in EPC or owner’s representative delivery environments and with construction contract documents.
