Business Systems Analyst (Digital Banking)

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder workshops.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align on business outcomes.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT testing, data validation, process improvement, and delivery throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of combined higher education and/or operational, business analytics, or systems development experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and software delivery methodologies.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital banking or financial services.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Product Owner or Agile delivery experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives.
