Salary: $165,000–$195,000 base compensation.

What you will do

• Build core product features across image ingestion, annotation, training, deployment, and model-assisted labeling.
• Develop browser-based interfaces, APIs, and client libraries using JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Integrate external APIs and related hirify.global products, including annotation services and model-performance analysis.
• Improve onboarding, internal automation, testing practices, and engineering processes.
• Optimize application speed, reliability, and scalability across cloud and edge environments.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and Full Stack Engineers while contributing to technical and product strategy.

Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience and willingness to work across product, infrastructure, and tooling.
• Strong JavaScript and Node.js skills; Python experience is relevant to the machine learning and image-processing pipeline.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar stacks and toolchains and contribute as a technical generalist.
• Experience or interest in APIs, browser applications, cloud services, Docker, and scalable systems.
• Availability for US daytime collaboration and required synchronous meetings.
• Ownership, accountability, autonomy, and a bias toward action.
