L&D Coordinator

What you will do

• Build onboarding materials and online learning programs for Growth, Editorial, and other teams.
• Track completion data, quiz scores, skill baselines, and training reports.
• Coordinate scheduling, reminders, session setup, and feedback collection for training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain the L&D Slack channel with session recaps, upcoming sessions, and useful resources.
• Support intern, shadowing, and compliance training programs, including onboarding and completion tracking.
• Gradually create original modules, presentations, videos, and learning community content.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, HR, learning operations, or a related role.
• Strong writing skills demonstrated through a portfolio or writing sample.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System such as Disco.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, reporting, or workflow automation.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Genuine interest in learning and development as a career path.

Nice to have

• Experience creating written, video, or presentation-based content.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data, including creating charts and training reports.
• Familiarity with growth marketing, SEO, or AEO concepts.
• Experience contributing to an internal community, newsletter, or knowledge-sharing initiative.
• Spanish language skills.
