AI Literacy Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Plan and deliver enterprise-wide AI literacy initiatives, including certification programs and large-scale social learning events.
• Develop training materials and tailored education programs that build AI fluency across employee levels and functions.
• Partner with product, technology, communications, Corporate Affairs, learning, and responsible AI teams to implement compliant AI learning programs.
• Drive cultural transformation and identify role-specific opportunities to integrate AI into business workflows.
• Organize AI symposiums, digital learning days, hackathons, and related engagement campaigns.
• Define and monitor adoption, engagement, capability, and business impact metrics to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 5 years of AI or technology education or go-to-market experience, or a master’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large-scale AI or technology transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering learning and development or technology go-to-market programs, preferably in biopharma, technology, or AI.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce executive-level content and reporting.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Lovable, including building Custom GPTs, Workspace agents, and automations.
• Employment is remote within the United States.

Nice to have

• Background in AI or software development, IT delivery, or AI product lifecycle and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience with enterprise learning ecosystems, layered literacy models, role-based enablement, or function-led training.
• Experience developing AI-enabled chatbots, knowledge assistants, retrieval-based guidance tools, workflow copilots, or interactive guidance mechanisms.
• Experience with human-centered design, service design, product management, UX research, or responsible AI.
• Agile, PMP, or Prosci certification.
