Risk Management Professional - Insurance Risk (Insurance Risk)

Location: Dayton, OH or Westminster, CO; onsite. Travel requirement: 10%.

Salary: $99,600–$137,000 annually. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Design, place, and renew global insurance programs covering Property, Casualty, Cyber, and D&O.
• Manage global claims from intake through resolution in partnership with brokers and insurance carriers.
• Manage external broker and insurance vendor relationships, service delivery, and market intelligence.
• Optimize Total Cost of Risk through data analysis, premium allocation, and retention modeling.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR on global business activities, acquisitions, and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate insurance, enterprise risk management, or insurance brokerage.
• Experience owning multi-line insurance program renewals and large-scale global broker relationships.
• Technical knowledge of Property, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Cyber, and Executive Risk coverage.
• Hands-on experience overseeing claims with major international insurance carriers.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex risk data into executive strategies.

Nice to have

• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CRM.
• Experience managing corporate insurance programs at a complex, fast-growing global technology company.
