Client Success Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - United States

Annual base salary: $99.1K–$123.9K USD, with equity and commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Drive partner health, product adoption, and endpoint penetration across the Blackpoint Suite.
• Provide technical engagement, product training, and support to partners and their clients.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Product teams on strategic partner engagements and client experiences.
• Support partner and client onboarding and offboarding while developing documentation and process flows.
• Prepare monthly partner reviews to assess value delivery, customer health, and partnership success.
• Track activity and progress through KPIs in ChurnZero and follow documented processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical proficiency with product suites and platforms.
• Knowledge of Zendesk, ChurnZero, HubSpot, or similar software.
• Experience driving customer value and engagement, including navigating customer needs and challenges.
• Experience working with clients in the cybersecurity landscape, plus strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and the ability to work independently and remotely.
