Sales Director (Telecom)

Location: Atlanta, GA; in-office position

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base range, plus uncapped commission, bonuses, stock options, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a sales team of Sales Managers and sales representatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned new revenue quotas.
• Maintain significant direct contact with customers.
• Lead, coach, and train managers and representatives in selling Cogent products.
• Support new-business development and sales performance.

Requirements

• Proven success selling telecom or technology products.
• Experience finding and developing new business.
• Strong team leadership and management experience, including experience managing Sales Managers.
• Motivation, drive, a strong work ethic, and a record of accomplishments.
• Some travel is required.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Proficiency with PC applications such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
