Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $172,000–$220,000 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

• Collaborate across internal and external boundaries to maximize business impact.
• Lead and allocate team members according to business needs, strengths, and aspirations.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of prior professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy execution within a team or organization.
• Experience identifying and leading the development of new ideas or products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or teams with broadly defined objectives.
• Strong collaboration and networking skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing and leading teams to achieve results.
