Family Nurse Practitioner (Women's Health)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Annual base salary: $120,000–$130,000, with incentive compensation increasing total earnings up to $172,500–$182,500.

What you will do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans through video visits.
• Provide ongoing care for hormonal and metabolic conditions, including prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting promptly.
• Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.

Requirements

• Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
• At least 2 consecutive years of Nurse Practitioner experience specializing in women's health and chronic conditions.
• Ability to practice autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust with patients virtually.
• Comfort working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• At least 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses are required, including at least 2 licenses in CA, NY with autonomous practice, or FL with autonomous practice, plus at least 1 additional state license.

Nice to have

• Previous telehealth experience.
• Experience delivering evidence-based care for PCOS, hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's, metabolic syndrome, menopause and perimenopause, PMDD, obesity, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression.
