Associate Director, Technology Solutions Engineering

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Deliver new technology solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise objectives.
• Gather and document business system and functional requirements.
• Influence system design to optimize support and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Coordinate solution implementation, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support.
• Lead large-scale, highly visible programs involving multiple project teams.
• Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of technical experience focused on web applications.
• At least 4 years of technical management experience.
• Working knowledge of large language models, enterprise AI platforms, AI-enabled business applications, and emerging AI technologies.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement, evaluating systems, and implementing process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with architecture, security, compliance, legal, data governance, and business stakeholders.
• Must work remotely from Kentucky, maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI/HIPAA information, and meet minimum home internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions with Azure AI, OpenAI, machine learning platforms, or intelligent automation.
• Certifications in artificial intelligence, cloud AI services, data science, machine learning, or generative AI.
• Experience leading cloud initiatives with deeper cloud expertise.
