Senior Field Scheduler (Solar)

Location: Remote within the United States, with periodic travel to jobsites in Arizona and New Mexico

Salary: $117,840–$147,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and train personnel in scheduling procedures.
• Develop and maintain integrated EPC project schedules from preconstruction through execution using P6.
• Analyze drawings, contracts, quantities, construction methods, and stakeholder input to establish realistic activity durations.
• Monitor progress, update schedules bi-monthly, track critical path deviations, and maintain comprehensive delay logs.
• Perform what-if analysis, identify schedule mitigation measures, and propose corrective actions to project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain P6 databases, project and activity codes, contract information, reports, and regional project status updates.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of construction scheduling experience, including required EPC scheduling experience.
• High proficiency with P6 software.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications, with thorough knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
