Business Development Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Recruit affiliates, VIP traders, trading and crypto communities, KOLs, and influencers.
• Build and manage partnerships from initial outreach through ongoing cooperation.
• Create and execute campaigns to increase content reach, trading volume, active transactions, and user acquisition.
• Develop relationships with VIPs and affiliates, align partnership strategies, and support mutual growth.
• Meet with local and international partners to expand cooperation.
• Share market insights with the product team and analyze competitors, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian or a Balkan-region language.
• Experience developing affiliates in the crypto, finance, or trading industry, particularly in Hungary.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and target-achievement skills.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets and regulations in Central and Eastern Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams.
• Experience at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker.
• Passion for blockchain technology and crypto trading.
• Knowledge of additional Central or Eastern European languages.
