What you will do
- Identify and target strategic new business opportunities across key sectors.
- Build and execute proactive sales campaigns to generate qualified opportunities.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market engagement.
- Lead client conversations around digital transformation, software engineering, AI, and technology services.
- Own the sales process end-to-end, from first conversation through contract negotiation and handover to delivery teams.
- Represent Zenitech in the market and develop strategic partnerships to achieve revenue objectives.
Requirements
- Proven new business sales track record in technology services.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and create commercial opportunities across software engineering, digital transformation, technology consulting, managed services, cloud, or AI.
- Commercial mindset, self-motivation, and ownership of pipeline building from scratch.
- Strong ability to start conversations, understand client challenges, and collaborate to develop solutions that deliver business value.
