Systems Engineer - Level II

Location: PHL-Manila, Philippines; primary hours are 7am to 4pm US Eastern Time, with schedule flexibility required

What you will do

• Plan, implement, oversee, and maintain network and IT infrastructure.
• Manage monitoring systems for network, ISP services, facilities, and infrastructure performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate faults across systems and networks.
• Provision IP assignments, core network configurations, DNS setups, monitoring, and graphing for customer and colocation services.
• Build, install, upgrade, and maintain server and network equipment, including racks, cabling, remote power, and KVM systems.
• Support data center operations, including health and safety checks, environmental systems, power usage, documentation, and Tier 3 support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Required experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, Azure, or AWS.
• Required experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, and network administration.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Expert Windows system administration skills and strong network diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Basic Linux administration, fault prioritization, customer support, and technical documentation skills.
